First time here? You get “Your login for …” — it contains the link that sets your password.
Already a member? You get “New product unlocked: …” — log in with the password you already use, it is waiting on your dashboard. Requested something you already had? Then no new email goes out — it is in your account all along.

My email always comes from contact@imdominator.app. Searching your mailbox for that address finds it even if a filter moved it somewhere else.

Work through this — it takes 60 seconds

In almost every case the email did arrive, just not where you looked first.

  1. Check your spam / junk folder This is where it ends up most often. Found it? Mark it “Not spam” so the next one lands properly.
  2. Gmail: check the Promotions and Updates tabs Gmail files automated mail there without telling you. Drag it to Primary once and it stays there.
  3. Search your whole mailbox for contact@imdominator.app Search reaches archived and filtered mail that the inbox view hides.
  4. Give it 10 minutes Most emails arrive within seconds — but the occasional one takes the scenic route through your provider’s filters.
  5. Did you already have it? If you requested something that is already in your account, no new email goes out — log in and it is waiting on your dashboard.
  6. Did you mistype your email address? Then the email went to that address. Message me with the address you actually use and I will move your access over.
  7. Add contact@imdominator.app to your contacts Worth doing anyway — updates and new releases come from the same address.
