Key Takeaways
→ This is the actual workflow behind the IM Dominator product line — from idea to live WarriorPlus launch
→ AI compresses creation and copy; the human work is choosing the problem and adding real experience
→ The sales page is generated FROM the finished product — that keeps the copy honest and fast
→ A launch is 50% product, 50% affiliate preparation: JV page, swipes, and bonuses decide launch week
→ The whole cycle fits in 2–3 weeks part-time, and it’s repeatable monthly
Plenty of gurus will sell you a product creation “system” they’ve never used twice. Here’s the opposite: the exact workflow we run at IM Dominator for every launch, documented from the last one. I’m Benjamin Hübner, I’ve launched digital products since 2007, and this is the AI-era version of that process, step by step.

Phase 1: Problem Selection (Days 1–2)
Everything downstream depends on this. I spend two days on WarriorPlus and in my own community answering one question: what are people in my niche paying to solve right now? Recent bestsellers, repeated questions in my WhatsApp group, complaints under competing products — that’s the research triangle.
The output is one sentence: who this is for, what result it delivers, what pain it removes. My AI agents gather the raw material overnight; the judgment call on which problem to pick stays mine. That call is the business.
Phase 2: Product Build (Days 3–7)
With the promise fixed, the AI drafts a lean outline — every section must move the buyer toward the result, everything “nice to know” gets cut. Then creation runs section by section: AI drafts against my voice guidelines, I inject the stories, numbers, and opinions only I have. Every section ends with an action step — products that create action create testimonials.
Five days sounds tight. It’s comfortable when you’re not staring at blank pages — you’re editing drafts that arrive overnight.
Phase 3: Sales Page From the Product (Days 8–10)
Here’s the step that saves the most time: I feed the finished product to the AI and have it extract every promise, mechanism, and outcome — then draft the sales page from that extraction. The copy can’t overpromise because it’s built from what’s actually inside. Headlines and bullets get my manual pass; structure and first draft are automated.
Same session produces the download page and welcome email. One source of truth, three assets.
Phase 4: WarriorPlus Setup (Days 11–12)
Offer creation, pricing, funnel wiring — the mechanical part. Two decisions matter more than the rest: price in the impulse zone ($7–$17 front end) so affiliates get easy conversions, and commission generously (75–100% on the front end). The front end buys you buyers; the money is in the follow-up and the next launch.
Phase 5: Affiliate Preparation (Days 13–16)
This phase decides launch week, and most first-time vendors skip it entirely. A JV page that sells affiliates on promoting. A swipe file with ready-to-send emails in multiple angles. Announcement posts on launch calendars like MunchEye. Personal outreach to affiliates whose audiences fit. When we launched our AI Hack Defense Playbook, the affiliate prep took as long as the product build — deliberately.
Phase 6: Launch Week
Launch day is monitoring and momentum: conversion stats to affiliates, a mid-week angle refresh, fast answers to buyer questions. My agents watch the numbers and draft the updates; I approve and hit send. Then the most skipped step in the industry: the post-launch email to buyers that starts the relationship. The list is the asset — the launch was just how we met.
Every prompt, checklist, and template in this workflow is documented in Ship It — The Complete AI Product Creation System. It exists because I got tired of explaining this process piece by piece in the group.
FAQ
How long does it take to launch a product on WarriorPlus?
With this workflow, 2–3 weeks part-time from idea to live launch — and faster on the second run.
Do I need an audience to launch on WarriorPlus?
No — that’s the platform’s point. Affiliates bring the traffic if your offer, commission, and JV materials make promoting easy.
What should a first product cost?
$7–$17 front end. Impulse-buy pricing converts cold affiliate traffic and builds your buyer list fast.
How much of the product can AI create?
The structure and first drafts — realistically 60–70% of the hours. Your experience, examples, and opinions are the part buyers actually pay for.
What’s the biggest first-launch mistake?
Skipping affiliate preparation. A great product with no JV page, swipes, or outreach launches to silence.
What happens after launch week?
Email the buyers, gather feedback, and start the next cycle — the model compounds when you launch regularly to a growing buyer list.
